Each year the Haliburton Club Breakfast provides
thousands of dollars to help provide safe, well-maintained facilities for
thousands of youth, who, over the past year, have enjoyed more than 68,000
camping days. Included in these programs are canoeing, boating, fishing,
orienteering and nature study at 5,000-acre Haliburton Scout Reserve or at
Woodland Trails. It is also significant to know that we strive to prevent having
any youth turned away due to financial hardship. Every Scouting youth has a
chance to visit these camps; truly places that dreams and memories are made.
"YOU" can continue to make these dreams
come true by becoming a member of the Haliburton Club. This annual membership
allows you to attend each year at the Haliburton Breakfast, or send a Scout or
Friend as your guest, hear a top notch speaker, meet celebrity guests, be part
of the hundreds of Scouting youth enjoying friendship, food and sharing stories.
Scouts are guests of members and the many corporations who purchase tables and
share seats with Scouting youth. Funds raised go directly into our camps for
future youth to enjoy the memories you have enjoyed. Tax receipts will be
issued.
Be a member, make a difference, and enjoy the
Haliburton Club Breakfast camaraderie. Baden Powell, Patrons, Chief Ranger,
Ranger and Members names will be posted annually in the Haliburton Club Annual
Report and on the Haliburton Club Wall at Scout House and at the Haliburton
Scout Reserve Acknowledgment Wall in categories listed below. All memberships
are annual.
