Earned by Groups, Sections or Parts of Sections
and Family Members

For participation in any listed community event/activity or any community activity that the Section Scouter deems appropriate according to the criteria and definitions provided.

For participation in any listed scouting spirit event/activity or any scouting spirit activity that the Section Scouter deems appropriate according to the criteria and definitions provided.
For participation in any listed scouting spirit event/activity or any scouting spirit activity that the Section Scouter deems appropriate according to the criteria and definitions provided.
For participation in any listed community history event/activity or any community history activity that the Section Scouter deems appropriate according to the criteria and definitions provided.
For participation in any listed community service event/activity or any community service activity that the Section Scouter deems appropriate according to the criteria and definitions provided.

For participation in any United Way event/activity between summer ’07 and fall ’08.

For participation in the delivery of Santa Boxes, or equivalent, during the ’07 or ‘08 Christmas season.
For participation in a National or International event/activity between summer ’07 and fall ’08. This category includes CJ’07, CCJ’07, WJ’07, Scout Brigade of Fort George, any group or part thereof which participates in a reciprocal activity with a group/section from out of Province or Country.
For participation in a family picnic or other day long family activity in June/July ’08 as a celebration finale.
For participation in or partake of an opportunity for cultural exposure found at a cultural carnival or similar type of event.

For participation in an Exhibition or Regional Fair service corps in Aug/Sept ’07 or ’08.  NOTE: Service Corps participants usually must have a prerequisite level of physical strength and endurance to handle wheel chair bound attendees through the grounds.

For participation in a Special Themed or Regional Parade (excluding Santa Claus Parades) between august’07 and july’08.

For participation in the climate change program between Aug ’07 and the fall of ’08 according to the section appropriate instructions provided.

For participation in a Santa Claus parade leading up to Christmas ’06, ’07 or ‘08.

For participation in a Centennial Kick-off activity on or about Aug.1st ‘07.

For participation in any of the various environmental projects or activities.

Who individually log their perambulation of one concession (2 kilometres) on 100 occasions, not necessarily sequential, between Aug 1st ’07 and Aug 31st ’08.
Who individually or collectively construct and submit a panel for inclusion in the Centennial Tapestry(s).
Who, based on their gathering of community history, individually or collectively compose and submit a story for inclusion in the centennial collection of stories of our communities.
Who individually or collectively perform random acts of kindness. Random acts of kindness are generally spontaneous reactions to specific situations rather than planned activities. Any planning should be on the part of individuals, with the encouragement of leaders, to regularly perform random acts of kindness as they encounter situations.

Who Individually, collectively and age appropriately spend 4-10 days in a camp environment. One half of the days spent in the camp environment will be in Council facilities were they exist and are reasonably accessible. This experience includes related activities such as beaverees, cuborees, competitive camporees, jamborees, etc. wherever they are held.

Who individually participate in the lifestyle change program between Aug ’07 and the fall of ’08 according to the section appropriate instructions provided.
 

Specials

Awarded to groups, sections or parts thereof including family members, solely at the discretion of Area & Council Commissioners and their Deputies, based on criteria and definitions which they from time to time determine individually or collectively.
Provided to all those who participate in the Social kick-off to our centennial year.
